    The Heat Release and Management Research of Mine Hot Water

    • 摘要: 针对我国越来越多的矿井面临热水危害的现象,分析了热水对矿井安全生产的主要危害。指出地下工程的热水有3种类型,而我国的矿井热水多属于断裂构造类型和沉积岩自流盆地类型,并对其进行了分析。矿井的热水与巷道内风流的热交换是较为复杂的,既包括潜热交换,又包括显热交换,矿井热水的放热量是由此2部分构成。计算了矿井热水采用有盖板水沟或管道排出时的放热量。对矿井热水的治理应采用综合措施,首先应采用超前疏干的方法降低矿井热水水位,对巷道内局部地点的矿井热水涌出采用辅助措施进行治理。

       

      Abstract: Given the phenomenon of more and more mines faced with hot water damage,the major damage is analyzed through the hot water to the mine safety production.There are three types of the underground construction hot water.The mine hot water in our country most belongs to the faulted structure type and the sedimentary rock artesian basin type.The heat exchange between hot water and tunnel air flow is complex.It includes not only the latent heat exchange but also the sensible heat exchange.The heat release of mine hot water includes two parts of constitutions.The heat release is calculated when draining off the hot water through the cover plate gutter way or the pipeline.The hot water management should utilize the comprehensive measures.The hot water level is reduced using the method of advance unwatering firstly.The supporting measures are used to manage the local areas hot water of the tunnel.
