    Prevention and Control Technology of Coal Spontaneous Combustion at Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Steep-inclined and Extra-thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对5521-15综放工作面采空区自然发火情况,分析了影响采空区煤自燃的关键因素,提出了以大流量灌注三相泡沫大范围覆盖浮煤为主、均压堵漏及加快工作面推进速度为辅的煤自燃综合防治措施,有效治理了5521-15综放工作面煤自燃火灾,保证了工作面的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the spontaneous combustion condition in the gob of the 5521-15 mining face,the key factor of spontaneous combustion occurred in the gob was discussed.The comprehensive control measures of coal spontaneous combustion were put forward by using primarily big flow perfusion three-phase foam to cover widely float coal,taking complementally pressure balancing plugging and acceleration of working speed,which effectively controlled the spontaneous combustion of 5521-15 fully mechanized caving face and ensured the safety mining.
