    Parameter Optimization Design for Closed-end Dedusting System in Fully Mechanized Driving Face Based on High Pressured Air Curtain

    • 摘要: 基于压抽混合式局部通风系统气载粉尘分布规律的模拟分析以及空气幕隔尘的原理,提出了基于高压气幕技术的综掘面封闭式除尘系统。该系统可将综掘机截割产尘有效地控制在综掘机司机前方,并配合高效除尘风机及合理设置吸尘口的位置,将工作面产尘抽出净化,从而可有效降低综掘面司机等有人作业区域的粉尘浓度。

       

      Abstract: According to the situation and based on the simulation and analysis of the dust distribution law in forced-exhaust ventilation system, the closed-end dedusting system by high pressured air curtain in fully mechanized driving face is put forward. The system using dust control principle of air curtain can effectively control the dust caused by driving machine cutting coal and rock in front of the driver. With high effective dedusting fan and the reasonable setting of the vacuum port, it can remarkably reduce the dust concentration of the position of driver and other working areas.
