    Solidification and Outburst Prevention Technique in Shaft Uncovering "Three Soft" Seam

    • 摘要: 针对豫西"三软"煤层松软、易失稳破坏的情况,依据煤与瓦斯突出"三因素"综合理论,在郑煤集团超化矿31风井揭穿平均厚度12 m的二1煤层中试验应用了金属骨架联合高压水泥浆压注措施,实践结果表明:"三软"厚煤层采用金属骨架配合水泥浆压注固化措施可以有效地预防煤体片帮、冒顶、流煤及瓦斯超限事故发生。

       

      Abstract: According to conditions of coal seam soft and unstable failure easily in Yuxi "three-soft" coal seam,based on the comprehensive theory of coal and gas outburst "three factors",the pressure injection measure of combining metal skeleton and high pressure slurry are applied in uncovering the second coal seam with average thickness of 12 m in Chaohua Mine 31 air shaft of Zhengzhou coal industry Co.,Ltd.Practice shows that "three-soft" thick seam,using the pressure injection and solidification measure which combining metal skeleton and high pressure slurry,can effectively prevent coal rib spalling,roof collapsing,coal flowing and gas overrunning.
