    Instability Mechanism and Control Technology of Surrounding Rock of Brickwork Roadway

    • 摘要: 为解决多次采动影响下砌碹巷道围岩破碎范围广,变形大,难维护等技术难题。综合采用理论分析、数值模拟、工业性试验的方法,研究分析了端氏煤矿3条砌碹大巷在掘巷、一侧采动、两侧采动后围岩应力分布、塑性区分布及围岩变形破坏特征。提出了采用壁后充填、注浆加固与锚杆索支护相结合的联合控制技术。实践表明,联合控制技术可将巷道围岩变形控制在120 mm以内,有效的解决了多次采动影响下砌碹大巷围岩变形大、难维护的问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to deal with the technical problem of wide surrounding rock broken,large deformation and difficult to support of the brickwork roadway, comprehensive use of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and industrial test method, we analyze the stress distribution, plastic zone distribution and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of the three brickwork roadway of Duanshi Coal Mine, and propose the wall after filling, grouting reinforcement and cable anchor supporting combined control technique. Engineering practices show that the roadway surrounding rock deformation can be controlled within the 120 mm with combined control technique, which effectively solves the problem of the large deformation and difficult to maintenance of the brickwork roadway under the repeated mining influence.
