    Up and Down Joint Grouting for Fire Prevention Technology in Bulianta Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 补连塔煤矿为神东煤炭集团所属现代化大型矿井,主要可采煤层均为厚煤层和易自燃煤层,以往受技术条件限制,采空区遗煤较多,特别是在近距离煤层群开采、浅埋深的条件下,矿井防灭火压力巨大。为防止采空区遗煤自燃,补连塔煤矿构建了一套以固定注浆站为主、移动注浆站为辅的井上下联合注浆体系;该体系适用于井田面积大、近距离煤层群开采的矿井,能很好的解决传统单一注浆模式下管路敷设距离长、管路易堵塞、浆液覆盖差的问题,同时极大的减少矿井防灭火成本。经过2012年至2017年的实践检验,该体系运行良好,累计完成32个采空区预防性注浆,防止了采空区遗煤自燃,取得了良好的效果,确保矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: Bulianta Coal Mine is a modern large-scale mine owned by Shendong Coal Group, and the main coal seams are thick coal seam and spontaneous coal seam. In the past, due to the limited technical conditions, there is much residual coal in the goaf, especially under the conditions of close coal seam mining and shallow buried depth, the mine fire fighting pressure is great. In order to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, a set of up and down joint grouting system for well with fixed grouting station and mobile grouting station is constructed. The system is suitable for large area mining field, close distance coal seam group mining of mine, and can very good solve serous problems of traditional single mode of the long distance laying of grouting pipe, easy blocking of tube, poor coverage of grouting to greatly reduce the cost of fire prevention. Through the practice inspection from 2012 to 2017, the system is in good operation, and the preventive grouting in 32 goafs has been completed, which prevents the coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, and has achieved good results to ensure the safe production of the mine.
