    • 摘要: 分析了同向气动风门的工作原理,结合补连塔煤矿井下均压通风系统实际特点,总结了同向气动风门在均压通风系统应用中的一些注意事项及优点,并不断对气动风门进行了改进和优化,在均压通风系统其它条件都不变的情况下,更换传统平衡式电动风门为同向气动风门后,风门内外压差由原来的400 Pa升至550 Pa,风门密封性显著增强,均压工作面总进风量由原来的2 050 m3/min升至2 250 m3/min,风门漏风量明显减少,证明同向气动风门替代普通风门应用于均压通风系统中能够取得较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the working principle of co-rotating pneumatic air door. Combined with the actual characteristics of pressure balancing ventilation system in Bulianta Coal Mine, the paper summarizes some important points and advantages of the application of co-rotating pneumatic air door in pressure balancing ventilation system, and the air door has been improved and optimized. In the case that all other conditions of the pressure balancing ventilation system remain unchanged, after replacing the traditional balancing electric damper, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the air door is increased from 400 Pa to 550 Pa. The total air volume of the working face rises from 2 050 m3/min to 2 250 m3/min. The air leakage of the air door was obviously reduced. It is proved that the air door can achieve better results in the pressure balancing ventilation system.
