    Effect Analysis of Pressure Balancing Technology in Treating Low Oxygen in Shendong Mining Area

    • 摘要: 通过对神东矿区部分回采工作面回风隅角氧气浓度低、上覆采空区与周边小煤窑采空区可能导通及地表漏风的影响因素进行分析,定点、定时对工作面、工作面上隅角气体成分、风量、进、回风压差及漏风情况,巷道风流流动状态,采空区和火区的气体成分、漏风量、漏风方向、空气温度、防火墙内外空气压差等状态和数据变化进行收集、汇总,结合风量、风压调节法,利用现有的均压设备、设施等系列措施来解决工作面低氧、防止小窑采空区有毒有害气体向工作面的运移、杜绝地面漏风问题,确保矿井能够安全生产。

       

      Abstract: Through analyzing the influence factors that low oxygen concentration is at the return airway corner at part of the mining face and the overlying gob area conducting the surrounding small coal mine gob may lead to the surface leakage in Shendong Mining Area, we summarize and gather the data change of gas composition, air volume, differential pressure of air intake and air return, air leakage condition in working face and working face corner, roadway wind flow state, gas composition in goaf and fire areas, leakage air volume and air leakage direction, air temperature, air pressure inside and outside the firewall. Combining air volume and air pressure adjustment method, series of measures including existing pressure balancing equipment, facilities are used to deal with low oxygen in working face to prevent the leakage of poisonous and harmful gas from the small coal mine goaf to the working surface to ensure safe production of mines.
