    A Fully Mechanized Mining Method for Top Layer of Ultra-thick Coal Seam Without False Roof in Shallow Buried Depth

    • 摘要: 基于神东矿区活鸡兔井12煤复合区埋深浅、下分层回采无假顶的条件,结合现有开采技术水平,通过理论计算、分析,初步确定采用综放开采是可行的,然后以首采面回采为工程实例进行实践验证,通过对顶煤冒放性、回采率及经济效益综合分析,12煤复合区下分层开采适宜采用综放开采。

       

      Abstract: Based on the conditions of shallow buried depth, lower layer mining without false roof in composite zone of No.12 coal in Shendong Mining Area Huojitu Coal Mine, combined with the existing mining technology level, through theoretical calculation and analysis, it is feasible to adopt fully mechanized mining. Then the first working face recovery is used as an example to verify the practice. Through comprehensive analysis of caving, recovery rate and economic benefit of top coal, fully mechanized caving mining is suitable for lower layer mining in No.12 coal.
