    • 摘要: 煤炭企业通过建立安全管理信息信息系统,能够实现对生产现场安全信息的快速反馈、动态跟踪与闭环控制,安全管理的自动考核评价,以及对来自不同信息源的安全信息进行梳理和分析,在对神东煤炭集团公司安全管理现状调查的基础上,结合系统开发的背景和目的,以系统的实施特点和关键要素为点,以系统的应用分析与管理为线,对系统的应用与实践进行全面的研究。在此基础上,通过系统的应用实例,验证了系统在安全管理中发挥的实际作用,提出了系统实施和应用的难点、相应的建议及对策,以促进企业对系统的重视和更多的展望和投入,并探索安全管理信息系统在煤矿中的应用模式,为煤矿行业系统应用的普及推广起到借鉴与指引作用。

       

      Abstract: By establishing a safety management information system, coal enterprises can realize rapid feedback, dynamic tracking and closed-loop control of safety information at production sites, automatic assessment and evaluation of safety management, and sorting and analysis of safety information from different information sources to achieve safety. Based on the investigation of the safety management status of Shendong Coal Group Corporation, combining the background and purpose of system development, taking the implementation characteristics and key elements of the system as the key points, and taking the application analysis and management of the system as the lines, the application and practice of the system is studied comprehensively. On this basis, through the application of the system, the actual role of the system in the safety management is verified, and the difficulties in the implementation and application of the system, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are proposed, so as to promote the enterprise’s attention to the system and more prospects and input. And explore the application mode of safety management information system in coal mines, and serve as a reference and guide for the popularization and application of system applications in the coal mining industry.
