    Fluent-based Numerical Simulation of Temperature and Concentration During Mine Fire

    • 摘要: 为了研究矿井火灾时期压力、温度及污染物的分布规律,运用混合模型和组分运输模型建立了矿井火灾的数学模型,采用SIMPLE算法对火源点分别设在斜坡道风分流前、分流后和联络巷中3种灾变情况进行数值模拟。模拟结果显示,灾变后所产生的火风压作用与进风流作用相反,温度、压力、污染物体积分数受风流影响显著;斜坡道联络巷下风侧发生灾变的影响范围大于上风侧,中段联络巷灾变对工作面的影响范围最大;污染物及温度受灾变影响的主要范围在火源点下风侧。

       

      Abstract: To study the distribution of pressure,temperature and pollutant during the mine fire,the mathematical model of mine fire has been established by multiphase model and species transport model,SIMPLE algorithm is used to simulate the disaster situation when fire source is set before and after ramp shunt and in the connecting roadway.Simulation results show that the role of fire pressure produced after the disaster is in contrast with the role of air flow.The temperature,pressure and volume fraction of pollutants are significantly affected by the airflow.When the disaster occurred on the leeward of ramp connecting roadway,the influence range of disaster is greater than that of weather side,the middle connecting roadway has the greatest sphere of influence on working face.The scope of pollutants and temperature affected by the disaster is in the fire downwind side of the fire source.
