    Research and Development of Key Components of Positive Pressure Beam Tube Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 根据正压输气参数理论估算和试验验证,得到正压输气时间的合理区间,在选型正压泵时可以优先考虑输气时间的优劣。以隔膜泵和活塞泵连接不同长度束管的试验分析,得出隔膜泵符合设计正压泵的性能要求,采用测绘和逆向设计等技术手段完成正压输气泵的研制开发,对正压泵样品进行性能测试,结果表明自主开发的正压输气泵发现正压泵能解决所检气体失真,输气时间较长的问题。

       

      Abstract: Through the theoretical estimation and experimental verification of the positive pressure gas transmission parameters, the reasonable interval of positive pressure gas transmission time is obtained. In selecting the positive pressure pump, priority should be given to the gas transmission time. Through the test and analysis of diaphragm pump and piston pump with different lengths of beam pipe, it is concluded that the diaphragm pump meets the performance requirements of the design positive pressure pump. The development of positive pressure gas pump by making maps, reverse design and other technical means are completed. The performance test of the positive pressure pump shows that the self-developed positive pressure gas pump can solve the problems of gas lack fidelity and long gas transmission time.
