    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下复杂的环境条件,为了提升煤矿安全监控系统设备间信息交互的灵活性、准确性、时效性,设计了一种基于CAN总线多主通信技术的监控分站。首先对监控分站硬件电路部分进行了整体设计,然后对CAN总线通信协议进行了优化;优化后的协议通过合理的地址域设计、地址编排等,可以实现监控分站的多主通信。多主通信监控分站可以有效支持总线多主通信,系统的通信效率和灵活性有了大幅提升。

       

      Abstract: To deal with the complicated environmental conditions of the coal mine, in order to improve the flexibility, accuracy and timeliness of information interaction between coal mine safety monitoring system and equipment, in this paper, a monitoring sub-station based on CAN bus multi-master communication technology is designed. Firstly, the hardware circuit of the monitoring sub-station is designed as a whole, and then the communication protocol of CAN bus is optimized. The optimized protocol can realize multi-master communication of monitoring sub-station through reasonable design of address domain and address arrangement. Multi-master communication monitoring sub-station can effectively support bus multi-master communication, and the communication efficiency and flexibility of the system have been greatly improved.
