    Development of Monitoring Terminal for Underground Mine Transfer Machine in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 研制了转载机监测与控制终端。在处理器STM32WB55CCU6的基础上设计终端的射频信号检测电路、ENC28J60以太网数据传输电路、RS-485总线通信电路等;在煤矿井下传感器网络与uCOS系统的基础上,设计终端系统软件。试验结果表明,2个节点间的距离在70 m之内,可保证数据的完整与安全传输;远程监测端的响应时间小于5 s。

       

      Abstract: The monitoring and control terminal for transfer machine is developed. On the basis of processor STM32WB55CCU6, the different circuits have been designed, including the radio frequency signal detection circuit, ENC28J60 Ethernet data transmission circuit, RS-485 bus communication circuit, etc. Based on the sensor network of underground coal mine and the uCOS system, the terminal system software has been designed. The test results show that the distance between two nodes is within 70 meters, which can ensure the integrity and safety of data transmission. Besides, the response time of the remote monitoring terminal is less than 5 seconds.
