    Research on evaluation of behavior safety level of miners based on cloud matter element theory

    • 摘要: 为科学合理评价矿工行为安全水平,根据SHELL模型,从人的因素、S-L界面因素、H-L界面因素、E-L界面因素、L-L界面因素5个方面建立了行为安全水平评价指标体系;针对行为安全水平评价的随机性和模糊性,引入云物元理论构建评价模型,并将该模型应用于C煤矿的矿工行为安全水平的评价。计算结果表明:C煤矿的矿工行为安全水平评价等级为Ⅱ级,所得的评价结果与该企业的实际情况基本符合,说明该模型可用于实际评价工作中,具有科学性。

       

      Abstract: In order to evaluate the behavior safety level of miner scientifically and reasonably, according to SHELL model, the evaluation index system of behavior safety level is established from five aspects: human factor, S-L interface factor, H-L interface factor, E-L interface factor and L-L interface factor. According to the randomness and fuzziness of behavior safety level evaluation, the cloud matter-element theory is introduced to build the evaluation model. The model is applied to evaluate the behavior safety level of C coal mine workers, the evaluation grade of behavior safety level of C coal mine underground workers is grade II, and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise, which shows that the model can be used in the actual evaluation work, and it is scientific.
