    Experimental study on determination of resistivity of coal mine paste filling material

    • 摘要: 针对膏体性能,现阶段的大量实验室研究手段侧重于各组成化学成分以及各项力学性质。从测定膏体材料电阻率入手,开发了1套实时监测材料性能的新思路。电阻率的测定类似于侵蚀剂通过孔隙网络进入膏体内部,很好地模拟了膏体侵蚀剂浸透过程,从而探究膏体的初始性能。通过选取4类不同成分的水泥,共浇注了48个样品,证明了水泥类型和水灰比对膏体电阻率的影响;并应用单项方差分析以及Turkey’s测试验证了膏体电阻率随时间的变化趋势,并提出电阻率随时间演变的最佳拟合多项式,以便于估算膏体的长期电阻率。

       

      Abstract: For the performance of pastes, a large number of laboratory research methods at this stage focus on the research of the chemical composition and mechanical properties of various components. This article starts with the determination of the resistivity of paste materials and develops a new idea for real-time monitoring of material properties. The measurement of resistivity is analogous to the entry of the etchant through the pore network of the paste, which simulates the parameters of the paste infiltration process well, so as to explore the initial performance of the paste. In this paper, four types of cement with different compositions are selected, and a total of 48 samples are cast, which proves the effect of cement type and water-cement ratio on paste resistivity; one-item analysis of variance and Turkey’s test are applied to verify the paste resistivity over time trend. And the best-fit polynomial for the evolution of resistivity with time is proposed in order to estimate the long-term resistivity of the paste.
