    • 摘要: 针对平煤十二矿煤层瓦斯治理、矸石排放污染、高瓦斯低渗透无常规保护层等一系列开采问题,综合运用“采-选-抽-充-采”一体化循环开采模式,摒弃了传统落后的开采理念,从根本上解决了十二矿高瓦斯、突出煤层的瓦斯防治难题,缓解了千米深井矸石堆放造成的环境压力,实现了高瓦斯低渗透无常规保护层煤层的煤与瓦斯协同开采,大大提高了十二矿的煤炭产量,“采-选-抽-充-采”循环开采模式在十二矿的成功应用,为高瓦斯低渗透煤层的安全高效开采提供了一体化的技术途径。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at a series of mining problems in No.12 mine of Pingdingshan Tian’an Coal Mining Company, such as coal seam gas control, gangue emission pollution, high gas and low permeability without conventional protective layer, the integrated circulation mining mode of “mining, selection, drainage, filling and mining” was comprehensively applied. The traditional backward mining concept was abandoned. It fundamentally solves the problem of gas prevention of high gas and outburst coal seam in No.12 mine, alleviates the environmental pressure caused by gangue stacking in a kilometer deep well, realizes the cooperative mining of coal and gas in the coal seam with high gas and low permeability without conventional protection layer, and greatly improves the coal output in No.12 mine. The successful application of “mining, selection, drainage, filling, mining” circulation mining mode in No.12 coal mine provides an integrated technical way for safe and efficient mining of high gas and low permeability coal seam.
