    • 摘要: 针对煤层气井井场井口有瓦斯泄漏、排水口瓦斯含量高,影响气井正常安全生产、资源浪费的状况,分析了现有井口密封装置和水管线气体分离装置的不足,提出了煤层气排采井井场瓦斯收集工艺技术。介绍了可调偏式井口密封装置和水管线气体分离收集装置,设计了井场煤层气井含气水管线气体分离收集的工艺流程。通过模拟试验证明该技术可将气液混合物中的气体分离加压至0.2 MPa,验证了本工艺技术的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the high gas content at the wellhead and drainage outlet of coalbed methane well site, which affects the normal safety production and is a serious waste of resources. The shortages of the existing wellhead sealing device and water pipeline gas separation device are analyzed, the gas collection technology for the coalbed methane well site is proposed. The self-adjusting deflected wellhead sealing device and the water pipeline gas separation and collection device are introduced, and the process flow of gas separation and collection in gas- containing water pipeline of coalbed methane well is designed. The simulation test shows that the simulation test shows that the technology can separate and pressurize the gas in the gas-liquid mixture up to 0.2 MPa, which verifies the feasibility of this technology.
