    • 摘要: 为了解决松软煤层筛管下放条件下钻孔轨迹测量难题,研究了筛管下放条件下的钻孔轨迹测量装置与技术。设计开发了一种用于筛管中使用的小型轨迹测量探管,以及与之配套使用的手持式控制终端,测量探管与手持式控制终端通过蓝牙进行连接。在钻孔形成后,使用手推杆将轨迹测量探管送入下过筛管的钻孔中进行轨迹测量,解决了筛管下放后无法进行钻孔轨迹测量的难题。现场试验结果表明:该测量系统具有可靠性高、数据准确等特点。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problem of borehole trajectory measurement under the condition of screen pipe lowering technology in soft coal seam, the drilling track measurement equipment and technology under screen pipe lowering condition were studied. A small probe tube for track measurement used in screen tube and a hand-held control terminal are designed and developed. The probe tube is connected with the handheld control terminal through Bluetooth. After the formation of the borehole, a pusher is used to send the probe pipe into the borehole passing through the screen pipe for trajectory measurement, which solves the problem that the borehole trajectory measurement cannot be carried out after the screen pipe is lowered. The field test results show that the measurement system has high reliability and accurate data.
