    • 摘要: 以一种炮眼施工钻机的液压泵站为研究对象,介绍了钻机泵站的设计原理,阐述了包括电机泵组、联轴器在内的液压泵站中相关元器件的设计计算方法;针对该钻机结构紧凑的特点,结合整机结构布局、液压泵的参数和油液清洁度的要求,对油箱总装进行了设计;根据钻机温升的要求,对冷却器进行了计算和选型,为液压系统的稳定运行提供了有力保障。通过钻机在车间进行的调试表明:设计的液压泵站满足钻机的正常工作且可靠性高。

       

      Abstract: Taking the hydraulic pump station of a blasthole construction drilling rig as the research object, we design principle for drilling rig pump station, the design and calculation method of the related components in hydraulic pump station, including motor pump set and coupling. According to the characteristics of the compact structure of the drilling rig, combined with the structure layout of the whole machine, hydraulic pump parameters and the requirements for oil cleanliness, the general assembly of oil tank is designed. According to the requirements of temperature rise of drilling rig, the cooler is calculated and selected, which provides a strong guarantee for the stable operation of the hydraulic system. Through the debugging of the drilling rig in the workshop, it shows that the designed hydraulic pump station satisfies the normal operation of the drilling rig and has high reliability.
