    Failure Mechanism and Rational Support Design of Roadway Deformation in Soft Coal Seam with Composite Roof

    • 摘要: 依据巷道围岩物理力学条件,结合数值模拟对复合顶板松软煤层巷道变形破坏机理进行分析,结果表明:巷道变形破坏原因主要是由于原有支护缺乏主动支护作用,复合顶板和松软煤帮物理力学性质差,在围岩应力作用下,顶板易离层、冒落,两帮易片帮、下沉,并且两者相互影响、相互作用。为此提出了在巷道掘进过程中采取的支护对策并对回采巷道进行合理支护设计。

       

      Abstract: Based on the physical mechanical condition of roadway surrounding rock,analyzing the deformation and failure mechanism of roadway in soft coal seam with composite roof with the numerical simulation,the results show that the main reason of the tunnel deformation is the original supporting lack of the active efficient,and the compound roof and the soft coal working slope with poor physical mechanical property.Bed separation and caving of the compound roof,rib spalling and subsidence of the roadway's sides were easily occurred under the rock stress which interact and mutual work with each other.Therefore,we put forward supporting measures in process of roadway excavation and rational support design of roadway.
