    基于定向钻探技术的深部矿井突水点封堵方案优化

    Optimization of deep mine water inrush point plugging scheme based on directional drilling technology

    • 摘要: 随着矿井开拓深度增加,深部突水点封堵难度高、工程量大等问题日益突出。地面多分支水平定向钻探技术是解决问题的有效手段,施工技术难点主要是井眼轨迹控制、井壁稳定控制和注浆效果提升。基于以上问题,以焦作矿区吴村矿为例,提出突水点的优化封堵方案;采用增加偏心垫块的方法改进螺杆钻具结构,以提高对井眼轨迹的控制;采用钾铵基聚合物钻井液体系优化处理剂配比方案,以改进井壁稳定控制;采用变频调速注浆泵及二次搅拌工艺,以提升注浆效果。结果表明:工程结束后吴村矿井筒水位最大降幅达6.53 m,堵水效果显著。

       

      Abstract: With the increase of mine development depth, the problems such as high difficulty in plugging deep water inrush points and large quantities of work have become increasingly prominent. The surface multi branch horizontal directional drilling technology is an effective means to solve the above problems, and its construction technical difficulties are mainly well trajectory control, well wall stability control and grouting effect improvement. Based on the above problems, taking Wucun Mine in Jiaozuo Mining Area as an example, the optimal plugging scheme for water inrush points is proposed. The structure of PDM drill is improved by adding eccentric cushion block to improve the control of well trajectory; the potassium ammonium based polymer drilling fluid system is used to optimize the proportioning scheme of the treating agent to improve the wellbore stability control; variable frequency speed regulating grouting pump and secondary mixing process are adopted to improve the grouting effect. The results show that the maximum drop of water level in Wucun Mine shaft is 6.53 m after the completion of the project, and the water blocking effect is significant.
