    回采巷道超前无反复支护技术研究

    Research on non-repeated advance support technology in mining roadway

    • 摘要: 以王家岭矿12302回风巷为背景,通过现场调研、理论分析、工程实践等方法对巷道超前支护技术进行了研究。通过现场调研分析了巷道超前支护应解决的主要问题,提出了长距离支护与无反复支护的超前支护思路;通过理论分析确定超前集中应力峰值距工作面距离为8.22 m,超前采动影响区域长度为37.09 m,结合以往现场实际监测结果,确定超前支护长度不低于40 m,考虑锚杆(索)支护系统的支护作用,确定巷道超前支护强度不低于267.38 kPa。提出了“预先主动、一次承载、协同作业、整体支护”的长距离超前支护理念,研制了ZLQ3200/18/37型超前支护运载成套装备,介绍了支护装置的主要技术参数,并结合巷道实际开采地质条件,确定了巷道长距离超前支护方案。实践表明:超前长距离无反复支护技术应用效果良好,巷道围岩得到了较好的维护,可以满足巷道超前安全支护要求。

       

      Abstract: Taking No.12302 roadway of Wangjialing Mine as the research background, the advance support technology was researched by means of field investigation, theoretical analysis and engineering practice. The main problems that should be solved of the advance support are analyzed by field investigation, and the advance support ideas of long-distance support and non-repeted support was proposed. The distance from the peak of the advance concentrated stress to the working face was 8.22 m, and the length of the area affected by the advance mining was 37.09 m through theoretical analysis. Combined with the actual monitoring results of the previous site, the length of the advance support was determined to be no less than 40 m. Considering the support effect of the bolt (cable) support system, the advance support strength was determined to be no less than 267.38 kPa. This way, the long-distance advance support concepts of “pre-active support, one-time bearing, cooperative operatation, and overall support” was proposed, the type of ZLQ3200/18/37 advance support and transportation equipment was developed, the main technical parameters of the support device were introduced, and the long-distance advance support scheme was determined combined with the actual mining geological conditions. Practice shows that the application of long-distance and non-repeated advance support technology is effective, the entry surrounding rock has been well maintained, which can meet the requirements of safety advance support for mining entry.
