    煤矿井下定向钻探数字化平台技术研究

    Research on digital platform technology of directional drilling in coal mine

    • 摘要: 从随钻测量数字化、钻场环境监测数字化和钻机监测数字化3个方面分析了现有煤矿井下钻探数字化平台的国内研究现状;结合当前煤矿井下智能钻探实际需求,设计了煤矿井下定向钻探数字化平台总体架构,分析了多传感器数据融合和远程交互等关键技术内涵与路径,并在乌海矿区天荣煤矿开展了相关技术的工程实践,通过试运行系统验证了钻探数字化平台的综合管控能力;指出了煤矿井下定向钻探数字化发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the current research status of digital platforms for underground coal mine drilling in China from three aspects: digitization of measurement while drilling, digitization of drilling site environment monitoring, and digitization of drilling rig monitoring. Combined with the actual needs of intelligent drilling in coal mines, the overall architecture of the digital platform for directional drilling in coal mines was designed, and the connotation and path of key technologies such as multi-sensor data fusion and remote interaction were analyzed. The engineering practice of related technologies was carried out in Tianrong Coal Mine of Wuhai Mining Area, and the comprehensive management and control capability of the digital platform for drilling was verified through the trial operation system. Finally, it points out the digital development trend of directional drilling in coal mines.
