    自然平衡拱托顶法防治破碎迎头冒漏快捷掘进技术

    Quick driving technology to prevent broken head-on leakage by natural balance arch supporting roof method

    • 摘要: 针对巷道过破碎岩层常用掘进方法和防治迎头冒漏方法弊端,运用并拓展自然平衡拱理论,认为自然平衡拱形成后有稳定承载性和自行垮空性2种属性,要主动创造和应用自然平衡拱,在此基础上提出了1种自然平衡拱托顶法防治破碎迎头冒漏快捷掘进技术;阐释了设计原理和施工工艺,论证了正确性和科学性;通过现场工程实践证实了适应性和有益效果;解决了现场问题,实现了快捷掘进及安全和效益双赢。

       

      Abstract: In view of the disadvantages of the commonly used driving methods and the methods for preventing and controlling the head-on leakage of the roadway through the broken rock strata, the theory of natural balance arch is applied and expanded. It is considered that the natural balance arch has two properties of stable bearing capacity and self-collapse after its formation. It is necessary to actively create and apply the natural balance arch. On this basis, a kind of quick driving technology to prevent broken head-on leakage with natural balance arch supporting roof method is proposed. The design principle and construction technology are explained, and the correctness and scientificity are demonstrated. The adaptability and beneficial effects have been confirmed through field engineering practice. It solves the on-site problems, realizes the quick driving and the win-win of safety and efficiency.
