    深埋巷道耦合注浆浆液扩散范围及加固特性研究

    Study on diffusion range and reinforcement characteristics of coupling grouting slurry in deep roadway

    • 摘要: 围岩破碎的深部巷道存在围岩强度不足、底鼓严重等问题,亟需有效的支护手段进行巷道围岩加固。借助COMSOL数值模拟软件,构建巷道耦合注浆加固的注浆扩散模型,以压力等值面作为注浆扩散指标,得到了不同注浆加固方式下的注浆扩散范围,并将所得注浆扩散范围模型导入3DEC进行注浆加固特性研究;以王家岭煤矿12101工作面运输巷围岩加固为工程背景,研究了运输巷原支护方式和深浅孔-高低压耦合注浆加固的不同加固效果。结果表明:该注浆扩散范围划分方式合理,能较好地满足工程实际;与原支护方式相比,采用耦合注浆的支护方式对巷道进行加固后巷道安全性得到较大程度的提升。

       

      Abstract: The deep roadway with broken surrounding rock has problems such as insufficient strength of surrounding rock, serious floor heave, etc. It is urgent to strengthen the surrounding rock with effective support means. With the help of COMSOL numerical simulation software, the paper constructs the grouting diffusion model of roadway coupling grouting reinforcement, takes the pressure iso-surface as the grouting diffusion index, obtains the grouting diffusion range under different grouting reinforcement methods, and imports the obtained grouting diffusion range model into 3DEC to study the grouting reinforcement characteristics. After that, taking the surrounding rock reinforcement of belt roadway in 12101 working face of Wangjialing Coal Mine as the engineering background, the different reinforcement effects of the original support mode of belt roadway and deep shallow hole high and low pressure coupling grouting reinforcement are studied. The results show that the grouting diffusion range division method is reasonable and can better meet the engineering practice; compared with the original support method, the roadway safety has been greatly improved by using the coupling grouting support method.
