    倾斜软硬交互岩层双基本顶切顶留巷围岩控制技术研究

    Study on surrounding rock control technology of entry retaining by roof cutting with double main roof in inclined soft hard interaction rock

    • 摘要: 对倾斜软硬交互岩层双基本顶切顶留巷围岩控制难题,阐明了该地质条件下采空侧-顶板-实体煤帮综合护巷机理,针对性地提出了采空区侧“U型钢插顶插底+高强锚索补强+金属网挡矸护帮”、留巷顶板“槽钢桁架锚索+切顶锚索+单体柱撑顶”、实体煤帮“槽钢桁架锚索强力锚固”的综合控制技术;提出了布孔形式、布孔间距及角度、布孔深度、装药参数及封泥长度等爆破切顶参数。现场结果表明:9.5 m深度的切顶孔利于倾斜软硬交互岩层切顶留巷围岩控制,切缝侧顶板与实体煤帮稳定后的最终变形量约为192 mm与119 mm,保证了下工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the surrounding rock control problem of double basic roof cutting and retaining roadway in inclined soft and hard rock strata, this paper expounds on the comprehensive roadway protection mechanism of goaf side-roof-solid coal side under this geological condition, and puts forward the comprehensive control technology of goaf side “U-shaped steel roof cutting and bottom cutting + high strength anchor cable + metal mesh gangue retaining”, retaining roof “groove steel truss anchor cable + roof cutting anchor cable + single pillar roof”, and solid coal side “groove steel truss anchor cable strong anchoring”. On this basis, the blasting roof cutting parameters such as hole layout form, hole spacing and angle, hole layout depth, charge parameters and sealing mud length are designed. The field results show that the roof cutting hole of about 9.5 m is beneficial to the surrounding rock control of roof cutting and retaining roadway in inclined soft and hard rock strata. The final deformation of the roof and solid coal side of the cutting seam is about 192 mm and 119 mm, which ensures the safe mining of the lower working face.
