    矿用锚杆物理实验研究方法述评

    A review of physical experimental research methods of mine bolt

    • 摘要: 物理实验是现代自然科学领域常用的研究方法,但单一研究中往往实验方法有限,不能全面反映所要研究问题的全貌。为丰富本领域在方法论方面的内容,借鉴还原论和系统科学的思想,综合使用目的抽样和主题滚雪球抽样的手段获取分析的样本文献,并对矿用锚杆物理实验研究方法进行综合述评。单体构件方面,重点对锚杆杆体、锚固剂、托盘、金属网的实验方法进行了总结分析;锚固系统方面,重点对拉伸、剪切以及相似模拟等实验进行了总结分析,并指出相似模拟在材料相似、结构相似、非稳定非连续场相似、过程相似、边界条件相似、系统相似等方面存在的问题。现场锚固系统实验可分为检测性实验、监测性实验、研究性实验等类型。当前的锚杆物理实验研究中,实验对象包括构件要素、局部锚固系统、锚固工程等,几乎绝大部分研究选题都可以被归为性能研究,力学、材料学的实验方法应用相对较多,力、长度、时间是实验评价的基本单位。未来的研究中,可通过综合运用多学科研究方法、加大对原位被锚固体的关注、借鉴系统科学理念等进一步丰富现有研究。

       

      Abstract: Physical experiment is a commonly used research method in the field of modern natural science, but the experimental method in a single study is often limited, which cannot fully reflect the whole picture of the problem to be studied. In order to enrich the methodological content in this field, drawing on the ideas of reductionism and systems science, a combination of purpose sampling and subject snowball sampling was used to obtain the analyzed sample literature, and a comprehensive review of the physical experimental research methods of mine bolt was made. In terms of single components, the experimental methods of bolt body, anchoring agent, pallet and metal mesh were summarized and analyzed. In terms of anchoring system, the tensile, shear and similar simulation experiments were summarized and analyzed, and the problems of similar simulation in terms of similar materials, similar structures, similar unstable non-continuous fields, similar processes, similar boundary conditions and similar systems were pointed out. On-site anchorage system experiments can be divided into detective experiments, monitoring experiments, research experiments and other types. In the current physical experimental research on bolt, the experimental objects include component elements, local anchoring systems, anchoring engineering, etc., almost most of the research topics can be classified as performance research, mechanics, materials science experimental methods are used relatively frequent, force, length, time is the basic unit for experimental evaluation. For future research, the existing research can be further enriched by comprehensively applying multidisciplinary research methods, increasing attention to on-site anchored solids, and drawing on system science concepts.
