    Integrated voltage regulation and control technology of long-distance power supply system in Wanli No.1 Mine

    • 摘要: 随着煤矿井下供电距离的不断延伸,电缆线路上的电压损失愈发严重,影响了线路末端用电设备尤其是异步电动机的正常运行,导致电动机启动困难、欠压运行、实际功率因数降低。针对这一问题,以包头万利一矿某掘进面长距离供电系统为例,分析了系统电压损失及功率因数现状,通过对比多种调压方案,最终提出了基于“自耦变压器+补偿调压器+补偿变压器”的补偿调压结构的电压综合调控方案;通过测量线路电源侧的电气参数推算线路末端电压,然后PLC根据末端电压设定值控制补偿调压器电刷进行补偿调压,从而稳定了线路末端电压、提高了带负载能力和功率因数。

       

      Abstract: With the extension of underground coal mine power supply distance, the voltage loss on the cable line is more and more serious, which affects the normal operation of the power equipment at the end of the line, especially the normal operation of the asynchronous motor, resulting in motor starting difficulty, undervoltage operation, and the actual power factor is reduced. To address this problem, we take a long-distance power supply system of a tunneling face in Baotou Wanli Mine as an example, analyze the current situation of system voltage loss and power factor, and finally put forward a comprehensive voltage regulation scheme based on the compensation and voltage regulation structure of “autotransformer+compensating regulator+compensating transformer” by comparing a variety of voltage regulating schemes. By measuring the electrical parameters on the power side of the line, the end voltage of the line is deduced, and then PLC controls the compensation regulator brushes according to the set value of the end voltage to carry out compensation and voltage regulation, which stabilizes the end voltage of the line and improves the load carrying capacity and power factor.
