    • 摘要: ZTL/1000型连续流量法煤巷突出预测装置,是一种预测煤巷掘进工作面突出危险性的“线预测”装置,能够真实地反映煤巷工作面前方的突出危险性。连续流量法煤巷突出预测过程中通过测定钻孔外钻杆的钻进距离从而测定钻孔中钻头的位置,原有的测定装置中使用拉线式位移传感器进行钻进距离的测定,但在使用中出现易卡线、回弹力度大、使用操作不方便等问题,导致打钻过程中钻头位置确定不准确,从而影响煤巷突出预测结果。为克服这一缺点,对钻头位置测定技术进行了重新实验研究。

       

      Abstract: ZTL/1000 continuous flow roadway outburst forecast device is a "linearly predict" device for coal and gas outburst risk, which can truly reflect the outburst ahead of coal roadway. In the forecast system of outburst of coal laneway with method of continuous flow, drilling bit position is determined by determining the drilling distance of the drilling outside drill-pipe in the process of continuous flow method roadway outburst prediction. Original measuring device uses cable-displacement sensor to determine drilling distance, but it is easy to block line, forceful rebound and operation inconvenience, which leads to inaccurate position of drill bit in the drilling process and affect prediction effect. To overcome this shortcoming, this paper makes re-experimental study for the drill location determination technology.
