    Research on Partition-wall Filling Mining Technology With Super High-water Material

    • 摘要: 超高水材料是一种水体积可达95%~97%,水灰比接近11∶1的采空区充填材料。结合超高水材料的基本性能,针对近水平煤层充填开采的难点,提出了阻隔式充填方法,通过对地表移动变形的观测表明,充填对控制地表下沉产生了决定性作用。该充填方式成功实施说明:超高水材料是性能良好的采空区充填材料;超高水材料阻隔式填开采技术是一种适合于近水平煤层的充填方法。

       

      Abstract: Superhigh-water material is a kind of filling material in goaf, whose water volume and water cement ratio can respectively reach 95%~97% and 11:1. Aiming at the shortcomings of goaf filling mining for nearly flat seam, partition filling mining with super high-water material is proposed. By analyzing the surface deformation, the results show that filling plays a decisive role in slowing down the land subsidence effectively. The success application in the Tianzhuang Coal Mine shows that super high-water material is a filling material with good performance in goaf filling and the technology of partition filling mining with super high-water material is an advanced filling mining method for nearly flat seam.
