    Study on Once-tunneling Technology for Large Cross Section Open-Off Cut Based on Continuous Mining Construction

    • 摘要: 为提高大断面切眼掘进速度及保证巷道掘进过程的整体稳定性,提出了一种适合连采机施工的一次成巷技术,大大提高了巷道掘进速度。采用Midas/GTS数值模拟研究了连采施工一次成巷与传统分断面二次成巷2种开挖方式下,开切眼的围岩变形特点及应力分布特征。研究结果表明:连采施工一次成巷时顶板下沉量、底臌量及围岩塑性区都较小,并且巷道受力相对均匀,更有利于巷道稳定。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the driving speed of large section open-off cut and ensure roadway overall stability during tunneling process,the once-tunneling technology suited for continuous miner is proposed,which greatly improves the driving speed. A Midas/ GTS numerical simulation is applied to study the surrounding rock deformation features and the stress distribution features of the open-off cut under two kinds of excavation modes of continuous mining once-tunneling and traditional sub-sectional secondary tunneling. The results show that the roof subsidence value, the floor heave value and the plasticity zone of the surrounding rock are small with continuous mining construction once-tunneling technology,the gateway stress is even and favorable to the stability of the surrounding rock.
