    Application of Bolting and Shotcreting Combined Support Technology in Xiangshan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了加快东翼己组-250 m专用回风巷道的掘进速度和节约支护成本,对大倾角厚煤层条件下巷道的快速掘进进行了分析研究,提出了锚网喷联合支护的方法;通过对原有支护方式与锚网喷联合支护的矿压监测和技术经济比较表明;锚网喷联合支护矿压显现不明显并能节约10%左右的支护成本。能够保证东翼采区按时投产和巷道质量与服务年限达到设计要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to increase tunelling speed and save timbering cost of East Wing Second Team's -250 meters special wind return roadway, the paper makes a research on high speed-tunelling under the conditions of large inclination and thick coal seam, and proposes the bolting and shotcreting combined support way. Through comparing with original support way and bolting and shotcreting combined support way on ground pressure monitor and technical cost, the new way offers unclear ground pressure and saves about 10% support cost, it also guarantees the East Wing Mining Area to product on schedule, and tunnel quality and service life can meet the design requirement.
