    Safety Technology of Integrated Mechanized Tunneling in Single Thick Outburst Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 基于煤与瓦斯突出机理,针对煤层及瓦斯赋存特征,研究并试验调整劳动组织方式、开发碛头钻孔施工坡度计算程序、增加预抽钻孔直径、采用新型封孔工艺、使用DGC瓦斯含量直接测定仪、采用双动力钻割增透及研发应用新型综掘机自动掩护临时支护装置的综合安全技术,配合先抽后掘的区域综合防突措施,通过理论研究和现场试验数据分析,确定了在单一厚突出煤层中实现快速掘进的综合安全技术。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of coal and gas outburst mechanism and occurrence features, the paper researches and experiments with adjusting labor organizations, develops the calculation procedure for moraine head drilling construction slope, increasing pre-pumping borehole diameter, adopting the new sealing process, using DGC gas direct detector, adopting dual power drill, researching new digging machine and comprehensive safety technology which could cover temporary support device automatically, adopting regional comprehensive control measures digging after the first pumping. Through theoretical study and field test data analysis, the paper determines the safety technology of fast driving in a single outburst thick coal seam.
