    Design and Manufacture of Ma-level Intrinsically Safe Miner's Lamp

    • 摘要: 以爆炸性环境相关标准规定作为Ma级本质安全型矿灯设计的理论基础,分析了现行矿灯存在的差距,确立了Ma级矿灯电源的三级保护方案和对系统保护参数进行了优化设计,同时对罕见的电源故障也采取了应对措施。它将使我国矿灯的防爆类型由特殊型(ExsI Mb)提升到本质安全型(ExiaI Ma)。

       

      Abstract: This paper uses the relevant standards and regulations of explosive atmosphere as the theoretical basis for the design of Ma-level intrinsically safe miner's lamp, analyzes the difference between Ma-level and the present commonly-used miner's lamps, establishes the three-level protective scheme of Ma-level miner's lamp power, optimizes and designs the protective parameters of the system. Meanwhile, the paper takes measures on the rare power failures. This improves explosion-proof type of the miner's lamp in our country from special type (ExsI Mb) to intrinsically safe type (ExiaI Ma).
