    The Parameters Optimization Design of High Level Borehole for Extra Thick Old Top Coal Mining Face

    • 摘要: 金能煤业分公司4321综采工作面瓦斯涌出量大,且瓦斯来源主要是采空区。针对煤层顶板复杂特性及高位钻孔抽放效果不佳问题,利用ABAQUS数值模拟软件研究了顶板岩层裂隙发育特性。模拟结果显示:裂隙高度发育区位于距风巷水平距离18~24 m、顶板上方20 m处,依此对高位钻孔的抽放参数进行了优化设计。

       

      Abstract: The gas emission is large in No.4321 fully mechanized coal mining face in Jinneng Mine, and the gas emission sources are mainly from the goaf. Aiming at the the problems of roof's complex nature and poor drainage effect of high level borehole, the characteristics of roof rock crack is researched by using the numerical simulation software-ABAQUS. Simulation result shows that rational fissure development zone is located in the place from air gate horizontal distance 18 ~ 24 m and above roof 20 m. So, drainage parameters of high level borehole is designed and optimized on account of this result.
