    The Application of Large Capacity and High Strength Gas Blowout Preventer

    • 摘要: 针对梁北矿穿层钻孔施工和水力扩孔施工过程中的瓦斯喷孔问题,参考其他矿井的防喷装置,根据该矿瓦斯喷孔强度大、喷孔时机不可控等实际条件对防喷装置进行了改进,制成了大容量高强度瓦斯防喷装置系统。解决了穿层钻孔施工和水力扩孔施工期间瓦斯突喷及喷孔量大,导致瓦斯超限难控制等系列问题,有效地改进了井下作业环境,增加了安全系数。总结了该防喷装置的优缺点,提出了需进一步改进的地方。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at gas outburst problem during crossing hole construction and hydraulic reaming construction process in Liangbei Mine, drawing on the blowout preventer from other mine, according to the high strength of mine gas orifice, uncontrollable of orifice time and other actual conditions, the blowout preventer is improved, and a large capacity high strength gas blowout preventer system is produced, which solves the problems of gas outburst, large quantity of outburst and hard control of gas overrum during crossing hole construction and hydraulic reaming construction period. This effectively improves the underground working environment, and increases the safety factor.The paper also summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the blowout preventer and points out the place that should be improved further.
