    • 摘要: 针对平煤股份十二矿允许可采建筑物下存在较大量压煤的问题,并为了实现矿井平稳发展、控制地表下沉和减小瓦斯治理难度,提出了采用固体充填物充填采空区,采出建筑物下压煤的开采模式,通过充填工艺实践,解决了充填物进入采空区、相关工艺及参数等问题,在保证地面建筑物完好的情况下,能有效采出平煤股份十二矿允许可采建筑物下压煤463万t以上,并为解放平煤股份“三下”压煤摸索出一种行之有效的工艺。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that a large amount of recoverable coal occurs under buildings of Pingmei Shares No.12 Coal Mine, and in order to achieve steady development, control surface subsidence and reduce gas management difficulty, the paper puts forward mining mode of using solid filling to fill goaf and mine the coal under the building. Through the filling process practice, the problems of filling material into the gob, related technologies and parameters are solved. In the case of ensuring the integrity of the buildings on the ground, it can effectively mine coal under buildings above 4 630 000 t in Pingmei Shares No.12 Coal Mine, which provides an effective process for the liberation of "under three" coal in Pingmei Shares.
