Abstract: According to the practical condition of 1201 working face in Yuandian Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Corporation，the support resistance，advance abutment pressure and gas density of working face are monitored timely. Through data analysis, the relationship between stope cyclical abutment pressure change and gas emission in working face mining and the influence of roof caving on the gas emission are achieved.
