    Hydraulic Support Selection of Fully Mechanized Caving Face for “Three Soft” Untable Thick Coal Seam in Songshan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 液压支架是实现煤炭高产高效的关键设备,它的合理选型是综合机械化采煤工艺成功的重要保证。为了选择适合嵩山矿三软不稳定厚煤层工作面的液压支架,从液压支架架型、顶梁结构、支护强度、侧护结构、底座结构以及护帮结构进行分析,并根据实测矿压数据分析了液压支架的适应性。

       

      Abstract: Hydraulic support is key equipment to realize high yield and efficiency of coal. The reasonable selection is an important guarantee for the success of mechanized mining process. In this paper, in order to selett hydraulic support for the "three soft" unstable thick coal seam in Songshan Coal Mine, the type of hydraulic support, the structure of top beam, support strength, lateral structure, understructure, side wall protection structure are analyzed. And the adaptability of hydraulic support is analyzed by measured data.
