    旋转调斜开采巷道矿压显现规律研究

    The Study on Strata Behavior Laws in Rotational Adjustment Oblique Roadway

    • 摘要: 通过对工作面在旋转调斜推进过程中巷道围岩运动情况的研究,表明在旋转调斜推进过程中外切眼以内和以外的巷道收敛变形比正常回采时严重,轨道顺槽两帮移近量大于顶底板移近量,特别是在工作面超前影响剧烈区内;煤体塑性区范围在煤壁内部6~8 m左右,与周期来压步距相近;随着工作面推进,巷道前方应力逐渐集中,老顶断裂时超前支护单体液压支柱载荷达到最大值;在无煤柱对接期间压力可达到26 MPa,在撤面期间压力在10 MPa以上。

       

      Abstract: Through the study of the movement situation of the surrounding rock during the rotational adjustment oblique advancing process of working face, it shows that the deformation of roadway convergence within and beyond the outer cutting hole is more serious than normal recovery, and the two wall's convergence is bigger than the roof and floor's convergence, especially in the advancing influence violent zone of working face. The region of coal plastic zone is within the coal wall about 6 to 8 m, which is similar with the cycle pressure step. With the advancing of working face, the stress is concentrated gradually in front of the roadway. The load of advance support single hydraulic prop reach up the biggest value when old roof is fractured. The pressure can reach up 26 MPa during non-pillar connecting, and the pressure is above 10 MPa during withdrawing.
