    Study on Proportion Experiment and Phy-chemical Properties of Coal Gangue Paste Backfilling Materials

    • 摘要: 以岱庄煤矿矸石膏体充填为例,开展了煤矸石、粉煤灰等材料物化性能及优化配比试验。试验结果表明:岱庄煤矿二级破碎的矸石粒径分布基本符合要求;粉煤灰颗粒较粗,球状玻璃微珠量少,对管道润滑作用一般;配比试验表明p10可作为本次试验的优化配比结果,即胶结料∶粉煤灰∶煤矸石为1∶4∶6,质量浓度为74%。

       

      Abstract: Taking Daizhuang Coal Mine coal gangue paste backfilling as example, phy-chemical properties and optimized proportion experiment of gangue, fly ash and other materials are studied. The study result shows that the particle distribution of second-class crushing gangue is met the requirements basically, the particle of fly ash is more coarse and something like sphere glass pearl is less, and the lubricated effect on pipe is ordinary. The proportion experiment shows that P10 is the most optimized proportion result of the experiment, the proportion of cementing material, fly ash, and coal gangue is 1:4:6, the quantity concentration is 74%.
