    Filling Gelled Material Activation Technology of Coal Gangue

    • 摘要: 选取机械-化学活化复合方法作为煤矸石胶凝材料生产的活化方式。通过胶砂强度试验和激光粒度分析确定适合的机械活化时间和化学活化剂配比,以大幅度提高填充材料的早期强度,满足采矿对充填材料的要求。最后采用SPSS软件对数据处理建立回归方程,通过回归方程对化学活化剂的作用进行分析,为实际工业生产中的填充材料活化剂的配制提供了指导。

       

      Abstract: Selecting mechanical-chemical activated compound method as the activation way of gangue gelled materials production. In order to improve the early strength of filler and meet the requirements of the mining filling material, through plastic sand strength test and laser particle size analysis, the mechanical activation time and chemical activator ratio are determined. Then paper uses SPSS software to found a regression equation for data processing. By analyzing the role of chemical activator with regression equation, it provides certain guidance for the preparation of filler material activator in actual industrial production.
