    霍尔辛赫煤矿回采工艺的优化设计

    Optimization Design for Mining Technology in Huoerxinhe Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 根据霍尔辛赫煤矿地质条件及煤层赋存特点,提出在该矿的煤层地质条件下采用大采高一次采全厚综采是一种提高规模经济效益,有发展潜力的采煤工艺。通过相似条件下的工程类比及构建FLAC3D 模型进行数值模拟,论证了霍尔辛赫煤矿3#煤层采用大采高综采工艺的可行性。对原设计中的采煤工艺进行了优化设计,实现了大采高综采工艺,最大限度的提高矿井资源回收率,并且充分利用现有采煤装备,实现矿井经济效益最大化。

       

      Abstract: According to the geological conditions and coal seam occurrence characteristics of Huoerxinhe Coal Mine, the paper analyzes that using once mining full-thickness mechanized mining with large mining height is a kind of coal mining technology with growing potential, which can increase economies of scale under such coal geological conditions. Through engineering analogy under the similar conditions and establishing FLAC3D mode to process the numerical simulation, the paper demonstrates the feasibility of using fully-mechanized mining with large mining height in No. 3 coal seam of Huoerxinhe Coal Mine, carries out the optimization design for original mining technology, and achieves fully-mechanized mining with large mining height, which maximally improves the recovery rate of mine resources, and sufficiently utilizes current mining equipments, maximizes economic benefits of the mine.
