Abstract: Through analyzing the hazards of coal spontaneous combustion, it pointed out the demand of fire prevention and extinguishing methods for grouting equipments at the present stage. In view of commonly using single screw pump technology for fire prevention and extinguishing grouting device, it proposed the necessity of dry running protection for grouting device, then it designed dry running protection device to protect the mine-used movable fire prevention and extinguishing grouting device, which included temperature sensor, underground remote feed breaker and mine-used explosion-proof and intrinsically safe DC power.
