    Design of Real-time Monitoring System for Coal Mine Air Compressor Based on NI CompactRIO

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于NI CompactRI的煤矿压风机自动实时监控系统,采用NI CompactRIO作为监控系统的核心,对压风机及各设备的运行过程进行实时检测、控制和管理;利用串口与监控中心的PC机相连,将相关参数信息保存到PC机数据库,为快速实现压风机的远程监控和管理提供了准确的依据。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, it designed an automatic real-time monitoring system for coal mine air compressors based on NI CompactRI. It adopted NI CompactRIO as the core of the monitoring system, complete real-time detection, control and management for the running process of air compressor and related devices. It connected with the PC of monitoring center with the serial, the relevant parameter information was saved in the database of PC, which provided an accurate basis to realize remote monitoring and management of air compressor quickly.
