    Optimization of Technical Parameters in Gas Control at the Upper Corner by Pneumatic Fan

    • 摘要: 在采用气动风机治理工作面上隅角瓦斯的实践中,气动风机的工作效果受风机安设位置、出口风速和出口风向3项技术参数影响较大。针对3项影响因素,基于FLUENT数值模拟提出了3个方案对相关技术参数进行了优化研究。通过对3个方案中上隅角流场特征的分析,得出了3项影响因素的优化参数,为实践中气动风机治理上隅角瓦斯的技术参数的选择提供了依据,并进行了工程实施取得良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: In the practice of controlling gas at the upper corner in working face by pneumatic fan, working effect of fan is affected by location, air outlet velocity and air outlet wind direction of fan. According to three influencing factors, three schemes of numerical simulations are put forward based on FLUENT in order to study on related technical parameters. By analyzing flow field characteristics of three schemes in upper corner, optimal parameters of three influencing factors are shown. The simulated results provide the basis for seleting technical parameters which control gas at upper corner by pneumatic fan in practice. Good effect is achieved in practice.
