    基于层次分析法的龙固煤矿硬岩巷道综掘工艺优化升级

    The Optimization and Upgrading of Fully-mechanized Tunneling Process in Longgu Coal Mine Hard Rock Roadway Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

    • 摘要: 基于龙固煤矿岩巷综掘现状,应用AHP层次分析法,对龙固煤矿综掘进度影响因素进行定量化分析,最终确定对掘进进度影响较大的因素主要有掘进和支护设备等装备因素以及围岩和温度等关键影响因素;针对关键影响因素,创造性地将掘进工程作为1个由人、机和环境组成的复合系统进行研究,寻找出3者最佳的组合方案,特别是在装备因素方面采用了“三位一体”的水力辅助破岩新技术,为大断面硬岩巷道的安全快速掘进及科学决策提供出强有力的依据。

       

      Abstract: Based on the current situation of rock roadway fully-mechanized tunneling in longgu coal mine, the quantitative analysis is done for the influence factors of the fully-mechanized tunneling by using analytic hierarchy process, finally the tunneling progress is determined by tunneling and support equipments, surrounding rock and temperature. According to key influencing factors, the paper creatively takes the tunneling engineering as a composite system including man, machine and environment to study and find out the best combination of the three, especially the equipment factor, the trinity hydraulic auxiliary rock-breaking new technology provides a strong basis for safety and quick tunneling of large sections of the rock roadway and the scientific decision.
