    Study on the Influencing Factors of Personnel Dishonesty Behavior in Coal Mine Enterprise

    • 摘要: 在对煤矿事故原因的分析总结中发现,人因所占比重非常大。通过从煤矿企业人员失信的角度切入,总结出可能导致煤矿事故的人员失信行为,并分析其影响因素。基于ANP理论,系统地考虑各层影响因素的内在联系和相互依赖关系,形成一层因素和二层因素的指标体系,建立人员失信行为影响因素的ANP模型。通过对模型的分析和计算,确定不同影响因素对煤矿企业人员失信行为的影响程度。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of the reasons in the coal mine accidents, it found that the proportion of the human factor is very big. Starting from the perspective of personnel dishonesty, this paper summarizes that the dishonesty behavior may result in the coal mine accident and analyzes the influencing factors. Based on the Analytic Network Process theory and systematic consideration of the inherent linkages and interrelationships of various factors,the paper sets up the index system of one layer factor and two layers factors and establishes the ANP model. Through calculation and analysis of the model, the paper determines the impact of different factors on personnel dishonesty of the coal mining enterprises.
