    Research on the Effect of Microwave on Coal Micro Porous

    • 摘要: 利用工业用微波炉对煤样进行微波作用,使用物理方法测定了微波作用不同时间下煤样孔隙率、吸附容积和渗透容积,并初步探讨了微波对煤样的作用机理。结果表明,煤样的孔隙率和渗透容积均随着微波作用时间增加呈先增大后减小变化;煤样吸附容积随着微波作用时间增加呈先减小后增大变化。微波作用到某一时刻时,煤样孔隙率、吸附容积和渗透容积出现极值,此时对于煤中瓦斯的运移、渗透和扩散较为有利。

       

      Abstract: Coal samples were affected by industrial microwave oven and coal porosity, adsorption volume, osmotic volume under different times were measured by using physical method, and the mechanism of microwave on coal was investigated. The results showed that the coal sample porosity and osmotic volume increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of microwave irradiation time; the coal sample adsorption volume decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of microwave irradiation time. The coal porosity, adsorption capacity and osmotic volume appeared extreme value which was more favorable for the gas migration, infiltration and proliferation at microwave irradiation time.
